Delacroix Consulting Group, LLC is the human resources management consulting arm of the law firm of Ferrara, Fiorenza, Larrison, Barrett & Reitz, P.C.  Through many years of collective experience in counseling employers on the legal aspects of day-to-day personnel issues, the Firm's attorneys honed their expertise in all aspects of HR managment.  This led to a fresh, non-traditional approach to providing legal services to its clients.  It became the Firm's goal to help its clients not only avoid costly employment-related litigation through training in the use of standardized HR practices and protocols (for everything from employee recruitment to performance appraisals to exit interviews), but also to become better managers of people in the process.

This outlook led to the creation - as well as the philosophical foundation - of Delacroix Consulting Group, LLC.  It is Delacroix's philosophy that the proper use of well-designed and standardized HR practices and protocols which comply with employment laws will help build a better, more productive workforce for each client.
